about a year ago we got aiden his potty. at first he loved it and thought it was fun... used it a few times. shortly after he decided he didn't want anything to do with it...
today we were sitting on the kitchen floor (aiden had taken his pants off so i could let out the cuff in the legs... he's getting too tall) so anyway he's in his diaper and he looked a little uncomfortable. i asked him if he wanted me to change his diaper. he said, "no, i go pee" he got up and ran into the bathroom... i decided to leave him alone and wait to see what would happen... i hear grunting (i know... a little graphic but this is so exciting for me). poo and pee in the potty, hurray!! and the rest of the day it was big boy underwear and tonight too. we even went on two outings, one of which he used the urinal with dan. i know we still have a way to go with potty training, but this is monumental!
